True Architectural Marvel. (Are we the dumbest generation of human race?)

A saint was walking on the banks of river Tunga and saw an incredible scene, A Cobra with a raised hood was providing shelter to a bloated frog which was about to spawn [A pregnant frog about to lay Eggs]. The saint was impressed with the sanctity of the place where the enemies by nature are living in friendly wood which inspired him to establish a matha [monasteries] on the same place. The saint was none other than Sri. Sri. Adi Shankaracharya and the place was Sringeri.

Sringeri Sharada Petam was the first matha of four established by Sri Sri Adi Shankaracharya and the place also witness the one of the most incredible architecture of mankind “The Vidyashankara Temple” built back in 14th century, the temple is built on the banks of river Tunga.
This true architectural marvel is fusion of Hoysala, Chalukya, Vijayanagara and Dravidian Style carvings, this temple was built by Harihara and his brother Bukka Raya of sangama Dynasty who were the founders of Vijayanagar Empire established in 1336

This temple has 12 pillars adored with sculptures and they represent 12 zodiac signs and they placed in such a way that rays from the rising sun fall on each of them, in the order of 12 zodiacs. The pillars are scientifically placed in such order that if sun is now located in Leo (Simha raashi), Then the sunrays fall on the pillar with Leo Symbol. Which is true Architectural Marvel and also tells us about the kind of knowledge our ancestors possessed. We today living in 21st century with advanced technology cannot imagine this. This Architecture rises a question in my mind.
Are we the dumbest generation of human race ?

Mystery of life, death & Immortality - Katha Upanishad

Once upon a time in ancient India there lived a pious man named Vajasrawa who had a young and intellectual son named Nachiketa, there comes a day where Vajasrawa decides to do Viswajit sacrifice [one who could give up all transitory things including wealth and all his possessions in order gain knowledge of Brahman / knowledge of reality]. Hence Vajasrawa meets saints to takes advise on him performing Viswajit sacrifice and decides the ceremony date.

On the day of Viswajit sacrifice ceremony Vajasrawa decides to sacrifice few of his least valuable things, observing the ceremony Nachiketa thought “why is my father sacrificing these old cows which are of no use to anyone and felt that by giving these cows his father would not get the desired result of the sacrifice” then obediently asks his father “You are not giving away all your possessions! Dad, Am I not your possession? To whom will you give me Father?” At first the Vajasrawa ignored his son but Nachiketa persisted, asking him repeatedly, “To whom will you give me, father?  To whom will you give me?” Vajasrawa angrily replied “I will give you to YAMA (the God of Death)” those words were unintentional, But Nachiketa decided to obey the words of his father by going to YAMA, Vajasrawa begged his son to stay back, told him his words were unintentional uttered in anger, Nachiketa with all his heart had firmly decided to obey his father, head held high with pride told his father “Our ancestors never slipped on their words and I would love to follow them, my beloved father I want you to fallow the same tradition” Because Nachiketa knew that one should not fear death, the life on earth is materialistic and unreal the only path which leads to heaven[god] is path made up of truth and peace.

Vajasrawa was deeply moved but with the pride of being father to such a brave son permitted him to fallow his decision, with the blessings of his father Nachiketa left to YAMALOKA [Place of Lord YAMA]. on reaching the entrance of Yamaloka, Nachiketa discovered that Lord Yama was not at home, decided to wait at the entrance and waited for three long days on the doorsteps of Yamaloka, The Lord YAMA on his return to Yamaloka saw Nachiketa waiting at the doorsteps and was deeply grieved welcomed Nachiketa to Yamaloka with all due respect. For having kept him waiting for three long days, Lord Yama granted him with three boons.

First boon: Nachiketa to lord Yama “I seek the welfare of my father as my first Boon.” Lord Yama granted him with ease.

Second boon: Nachiketa to lord Yama “I desire to know how one could reach heaven where there is no sorrow and death” lord Yama enlightened him with the details of sacrifices, performances and worships which would lead one to heaven.” Lord Yama was delighted with his request, which sounded unselfish and to the betterment of the human race, so thought Nachiketa about all the sacrifices and worship which leads you to Heaven. As Nachiketa was an intellectual and honest soul spiritually blessed could understand all that was taught hence lord Yama named the sacrifice after him.

Third boon: Nachiketa to lord Yama “When a person dies, there arises this doubt, does he still exists or not. I want you to teach me the truth.”Lord Yama was not expecting this question from a young boy. He tried to divert him but Nachiketa was very firm. He wanted to know the truth. Yama was very pleased but he tried to divert the attention with lot of attractive things. Nachiketa declined all these worldly pleasures. Yama was pleased with such a young truth-seeker who had rejected the path of enjoyment and chose the path of goodness. Then Yama taught him the knowledge of the Atman, how humans can attain immortality.

Katha Upanishad is must read for one who thinks about life, death and immortality, Katha Upanishad has two parts each containing 3 chapters.

Words of the lord of death “The Self cannot be known through study of the scriptures, nor through the intellect, nor through hearing learned discourses. The Self can be attained only by those whom the Self chooses. Verily unto them does the Self reveal himself.”

ENTREPRENEURSHIP (Risk it.)

Entrepreneur:
Start where you are.. Use what you have… Do what you can..

Entrepreneur word originated from a French word Entreprendre means “to begin or to undertake something in hope of financial profit”, The Entrepreneurs are colossally seen has Innovators, building new ideas and new business process to answer the market needs .
Entrepreneurship is not about coming up with “Great Ideas” it’s about coming up with a new or innovative idea to solve market needs and the process of converting these new innovative ideas into a successful innovative business is Entrepreneurship.

Idea:
If you have it, flaunt it!

“Everyone on earth has Ideas” but very few have Innovative Ideas these few have potential to grow into big businesses at the same time there is nothing called “BAD Ideas” it’s all about
Believing in your Idea and not letting negative feedback defeat your idea.
Peruse your Idea by investing yourself in it and if you have clear idea of where you are going, you won’t get lost, it is easy to get off track.
Secure your idea and don’t pay someone else a big share of your hard work
“Hang in there with your Idea.” The point is that you have to stick with something long enough to catch a few lucky breaks and eventually become successful.
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success. that is way great spiritual giants are produced.

Plan:
A goal without a plan is just a wish

Life teaches us, that you can never plan for everything. But it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try. A well-researched and logical business plan will never fail and will also get your venture off the ground. If you have never started a business before, there will be a lot that you won’t know. It means you need help and never hesitate to ask help discuss ideas and make an improvement oriented plan
A business plan is logical path to reach your goal. Unless you have a strong plan, you’ll be unlikely to secure any funds and your idea will fall at the first hurdle. Your plan will serve as a structured form of communication to your investors, whether it be Business Link, the banks or even family and friends and it will provide reassurance as well as a means for everyone, yourself included, to measure your business’ performance and it should reflect your size, strengths, funds, research, team and must explain What, why, where, when and how.
“Nobody ever wrote down a plan to be broke, fat, lazy, or stupid. Those thing are what happen when you don’t have a plan”
Larry Winget

Execution:
“If it were easy… everyone would do it”

Converting a plan into a reality is never an easy task. In fact, it is extremely difficult. Setting up a business is much like giving birth to a child and get him equipped for life. You must own the responsibility regardless of the circumstances. No one will ever understand your plan or the dynamics associated with it like you do. In this regard, you are on your own and the journey will require you to learn about yourself

“TAKE RISK IN YOUR LIFE” If you win, you can lead! If you lose, you can Guide.
Swami Vivekananda

First and foremost risk it, a well calculated is risk is always equal to your best friend.
Be extremely patient and make your people feel safe.
Take decisions and challenge your people to think.
Be Accountable to others and lead by example.
Measure and reward performances with continuous feedback .
Genuinely invest in people.

To become successful it will take longer than you think it should. HANG IN

Beautiful Brain

It is the primary center for the regulation and control of bodily activities, receiving and interpreting sensory impulses, and transmitting information to the muscles and body organs. It is also the seat of consciousness, thought, memory, and emotion, The portion of the vertebrate central nervous system that is enclosed within the cranium, continuous with the spinal cord, and composed of gray matter and white matter, If you don’t get it no matter, I am talking about Brain Matter, the one which we all have but very few use it, my definition is “It is as it looks” means Tortuous, convoluted, complex and complicated, now comes the parts of brain, the largest part of the human brain is called the cerebrum. Other important parts include corpus callosum, cerebral cortex, thalamus, cerebellum, hypothalamus, hippocampus and brain stem; I don’t want to go deep into this, as my brain has very limited understanding about “THE BRAIN”

But what make me curious about Human Brain is its memory capacity, it is 2.5 Petabyte, which means 2.5 petabytes would be enough to hold three million hours of TV shows. You would have to leave the TV running continuously for more than 300 years to use up all that storage but still, the fact is “I don’t remember what happened yesterday”

Do you also know we don't start out with wrinkly brains; a fetus early in its development has a very smooth little brain. As the fetus grows, its neurons also grow and migrate to different areas of the brain, by the time it reaches 40 weeks [9-10 months]; its brain is as completely complicated-wrinkled and that’s when this little brain enters the world which is  complicated to the core,

Now each person has about the same number of brain cells at birth as in adulthood, but those cells grow, reaching maximum size at about age six, it means, we start growing-learning when our brain stops growing

Now the most interesting part is there are 2 different kinds of Human Brains and they are Male and Female brain, I knew it before I read about it, I thought there is a big difference but the fact is both are almost similar upto 99.99% with very minute negligible differences of 0.01% but still which is not negligible eventually these differences would lead to [BIG “MISS”UNDERSTANDINGS] in life,

According scientists differences are

Difference 1

Type of difference: Don’t give up ...Fight till your last blood

Female’s frontal lobe, responsible for problem-solving, is larger than in a man. Meanwhile, a male’s amygdala, which regulates the “fight or flight” reaction, is bigger, I don’t believe this…… I was shocked when I read it and I am still in SHOCK, I will fight and fight and fight to prove this WRONG.

Difference 2

Type of difference: Size does Matters

There is a difference in brain size between males and females, men have slightly larger brains than women...and it's not because they simply have bigger heads. The fact is, their parietal cortices (in charge of space perception), and amygdalas (regulate sexual and social behavior) are larger. This might explain why visual-spacial tasks are easier for men and the scientists are damn sure that SIZE MATTERS or not.

Difference 3

Type of Difference: Forget and Forgive

Women have neurons that are more tightly packed, allowing faster connections to be made. This explains why women tend to remember things better than men and I believe life is all about forgiving and forgetting

Difference 4

Type of Difference: Knowledge v/s Multi tasking

Men have 6.5 times more gray matter in their brains. Gray matter is associated with information processing. Information is knowledge and 6.5 times more can you imagine but still its of no use because women have 10 times the amount of “white matter” than men. White matter works to connect different processing centers of the brain, making a female more efficient in multi-tasking skills [MULTI TASKING]

Men and Women might be different in thoughts, Views, Looks, and etc… but still they are EQUAL. They cannot exist without each other in nature, the world would be less interesting if everyone another was the same, that’s the beauty of nature

Importance of INFORMATION in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Before I take you all through true feel of Boringness, Let me start with a short story A turn of the screw”
There was an industrialist, whose production line inexplicably breaks down, costing him millions per day. He finally tracks down an expert who takes out a screwdriver, turns one screw, and then - as the factory cranks back to life - presents a bill for £10,000.
Affronted, the factory owner demands an itemized version. The expert is happy to oblige: "For turning a screw: £1. For knowing which screw to turn: £9,999."
Author: Oliver Burkeman in "The Guardian Weekend", 13 August 2011
Knowing which screw to turn is INFORMATION, and information is nothing but pure knowledge, there are 2 kinds of information’s Internal and External Information
Internal Information: - is the information which already exists in your brains.
External Information: - is information which you don’t know [not aware off ] and other people, books or internet might be carrying that information
So we should learn to gather more informationand not to speak or do until we have clear information and sense of what we are talking or doing. When I say gathering information there are many ways to gathering information. Yes Of course the first way is reading, reading and more reading.., I know this line reminds you dirty dirty dirty… “Dirty Picture” its fine now the second way is easy way around ohhhhh…, I know it’s time for a short Break [story] I titled it Great Asker” Please pronounce it, as it is.
Ben Duffy, former head of the great advertising agency Batten, Barton, Durstine and Osborn [BBDO]According to businessman Peter Hay, Duffy “landed his largest accounts by putting himself into the client’s position.” Once when Duffy was preparing for a meeting with
American Tobacco Company president Vincent Riggio, he listed the questions he would ask if he were in Riggio’s shoes, along with the answers he would give in response. According to Hay, “When the time for the meeting came, Duffy presented his answers and waited, Riggio reached for a drawer and pulled out a list of questions he had prepared. When he
glanced through them he realized that they had all been answered. The two of them went to lunch to celebrate the deal.”

From The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course in Business Writing and Communication

To be a great asker one should know what to ask and what not to, first let me speak about

What Not To Ask: - Never trigger a question which in return fetches you YES/NO answers and ends your possibility of getting more information on your topic, try to avoid these kind of  Yes/No questions in any kind of conversations, Then what to ASK

What To Ask:- Ask from Q6, and when I say Q6 I don’t mean Audi Q series [Q5 or Q7], it’s too simple “Six Questions” and they are WHO,WHAT,WHERE,WHEN,WHY and HOW, which leads you to explore more and more and in detailed Information on our topic, when you frame a question it should very simple and specific [simple in words and specific to the topic] and part is how to ask ?

A good communicator should have vision and information on things they believe in, and the crucial parts is communicating it to others and influence them to follow them, the effective communicators need to know how to change minds and to “change minds” we need Information/Knowledge, Information is power in this INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ERA.
Thank you all for sparing time and reading my I-words, I-Thoughts and for I in me
I means IDIOTIC and IDIOT ….. Let me end this as I started with a short story ..
Believe what you feel
On this day, Morrie says that he has an exercise for us to try. We are to stand, facing away from our classmates, and fall backward, relying on another student to catch us. Most of us are uncomfortable with this, and we cannot let go for more than a few inches before stopping ourselves. We laugh in embarrassment.
Finally, one student, a thin, quiet, dark-haired girl whom I notice almost always wears bulky, white fisherman sweaters, crosses her arms over her chest, closes her eyes, leans back, and does not flinch, like one of those Lipton tea commercials where the model splashes into the pool..
For a moment, I am sure she is going to thump on the floor. At the last instant, her assigned partner grabs her head and shoulders and yanks her up harshly.
“Whoa!” several students yell. Some clap. Morrie finally smiles. “You see”, he says to the girl, “you closed your eyes, That was the difference. Sometimes you cannot believe what you see, you have to believe what you feel. And if you are ever going to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them too – even when you're in the dark. Even when you're falling".
